Risk Assessment experience:
From 2002 to 2006 I was a key member of the Clermont Child Protection Unit. A local authority provider of specialist Risk Assessments for the courts.
Since 2006 I have been practicing independently, receiving regular commissions from local authourities, guardians, parents and solicitors to conduct wide-ranging and complex assessments. This includes giving evidence to the court in complex contested cases.
My adult assessment experience includes; substance abuse, domestic violence and learning difficulties. I am trained in the administration and coding of the Adult Attachment Interview and frequently use this to assess attachment patterns in adults.
I have particular expertise in risk assessments following injuries to babies or children. I am trained in the use of Narrative Story stems and use this to assess attachment patterns in children. I am experienced in the observation of contact.
My breath of experience in complex assessment work during child protection cases, along with my unique combination of skills, makes me a perfect choice for court referred assessment work.
